THE ORIGINS· First Sprouts
Local artisans improved traditional dehairing, overcoming technical limits to extract high-quality dehaired down from cashmere waste. The first historic export sale broke the international raw-material barrier and opened Qinghe's arduous path to industrialisation.

THE EMERGENCE· A Cluster Forms
Reform and opening-up unleashed family workshops and private mills. Tens of thousands of Qinghe traders travelled to pastures across Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet, building a nationwide purchasing and sales network and opening independent foreign-trade channels — the cluster took shape.

THE BREAKTHROUGH· Full-Chain Leap
The chain made a historic leap from primary processing into fine spinning, knitting and deep finishing. The first genuinely Qinghe-made cashmere sweater was born, and the Qinghe International Cashmere Trade Fair was established, carrying the regional name to the global industry.

THE LEADERSHIP· Leading at Scale
